The tavern doors are opening again soon

It’s August from the Tipsy Pelican Tavern series. It’s been a while! If you’re still here, thanks for sticking around.

After I released Vol. 4 of the Tipsy Pelican Tavern series, something unusual happened. Readers gave it the best reviews I’ve ever received…

But it also sold the least of any of my books by a wide margin. I’m not sure if it’s because Amazon’s algorithm changed or something else, but it made me take a step back to catch my breath and rethink what I wanted to do next. (Longer explanation here if you’re interested.)

But now I’m back and so is the Tipsy Pelican Tavern series.

On August 5th, I’ll be launching a brand-new prequel novella that tells the story of how the Tipsy Pelican Tavern came to be, adding more backstory to Arch and Charm’s relationship.

The prequel will be followed by a complete re-release of the full series, revised, re-edited, with new covers and professionally drawn interior art. This will be followed by Volume 5 of the series.

I’ll also be more active with this newsletter by sharing more about the series and what I’m working on next.
